Distressing drone footage shows a toxic cloud hanging over a small town after a chemical spill forced nearly 100 residents to evacuate their houses. On December 23, residents of the town of Martinsburg, West Virginia, were forced to evacuate their properties as vapor containing sodium hypochlorite and ferric chloride escaped from a sewage treatment plant into the surrounding area.
