I have worked in manufacturing my whole life and nothing irks me more than to see US manufacturing plants shutter their doors and move their operations to China. This has been happening since Richard Nixon opened relations with China in, what I believe, was a grand scheme to open up markets to a populous that was hungry for American goods and would be a boom for US manufacturing.
